Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Luukis app and website, provided by Rekakod ("we"). By using Luukis you agree to them. If a child uses Luukis, a parent or guardian agrees on their behalf.
Using Luukis
Luukis is free to use, with a limit on the number of worlds and drawings. Please use it for its purpose: making and playing with drawings. Don't try to disrupt or misuse the service.
Your drawings
Your drawings belong to you. They stay on your device, and we claim no rights over them.
Your data is your responsibility
Because drawings and worlds are stored only on your device, they can be lost if you clear your browser data, your browser clears it (some browsers do after a period without visits), or you delete the app. We cannot recover them.
Beta
Luukis is in an early version. Features may change, and things may occasionally go wrong. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Full version
A paid full version is planned. When it goes on sale, the purchase terms will be added here and shown before you buy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost drawings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the app.
